Returns & Exchange Policy

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
  • Exchanges:
    * Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the wig.
    * Only one exchange per order.
    * Wigs that have been used, washed, or whose lace has been tampered with cannot be exchanged.
    * Exchanges are not accepted after 10 days.
    * Clear stock wigs are not eligible for exchange.
    * Customers pay courier charges for exchanges
